The Air Jordan offered a rubber sole that would not skid and slip while playing. It also had inner soles and little pores through which the leg could breathe and remain dry. The Air Jordan offered comfort at a level unattainable by other shoe manufacturing companies as of that time. With the success of the Air Jordan under their belts, Nike Shoes decided to extend the Air Jordan series with the introduction of the Air Jordan 2, which provided better fit and comfort and patched up the few loose ends that the Air Jordan 1 had.

The fluid performance and the unbeatable price that Nike offers its customers worldwide is so remarkable that I don't see this line of shoes ever disappearing in the near future. If I had my say, this shoe would still be around for my grandkids or maybe theirs!
