Nike Air Jordan Vi Shoes For Fit And Comfort
Everyone wears a Nike these days. Before we discuss the Nike Air Jordan Vi model, here is a brief background on Nike shoes. The 'swoosh' symbol, as it is popularly called, of this giant business entity has become such a common sight that anyone, and when I say anyone I mean it, would associate it with the world famous Nike. Nike shoes have been around since 1987 when they started making shoes for the masses. Easy to wear, comfortable to use on a daily basis and a price that would not put a hole in your pocket were the salient features of these early shoes. Though in those days, Nike had it tough, but with the evolution of televised advertisement and picking up early on the sports craze definitely spelt success for Nike Shoes. As I was saying, any average person around the world has at least owned or worn a Nike product once in his life. They way this company touches our lives is subtle yet so spectacular. I wear it, you may wear it. Rooney wears it and Jordan wears it. That is why everyone wears it.
That brings us to the topic of Jordan. Michael Jordan, the basketball legend, has always lived and sworn by Nike. With the craze of basketball picking up in the United States, Nike Shoes signed up rookie wonder Michael Jordan as their brand ambassador. Nike wanted to project an image of a player of the younger generation endorsing a successful product. Boy! Did it do wonders! People went mad as Nike unveiled the first of its Nike Air Jordan shoes in a long to be continued and modified line of shoes. The Air Jordan was a part of the successfully existing Nike Air series and Nike decided to capitalise on the brand name.

The Air Jordan series was a series that made shoes especially for basketball. Seeing that Jordan was a wonder and the nation was mad after basketball, the sales picked up exponentially and Nike didn't disappoint. The Air Jordan offered a rubber sole that would not skid and slip while playing. It also had inner soles and little pores through which the leg could breathe and remain dry. The Air Jordan offered comfort at a level unattainable by other shoe manufacturing companies as of that time. With the success of the Air Jordan under their belts, Nike Shoes decided to extend the Air Jordan series with the introduction of the Air Jordan 2, which provided better fit and comfort and patched up the few loose ends that the Air Jordan 1 had.
The success story that he Nike Air Jordan series chalked up in the 90's was remarkable and has remained a record yet unbeaten by any other sportsman endorsing for any other sport, or as a matter of fact, even for Nike themselves. The Nike Air Jordan series is still in commission, with the latest model being the Air Jordan XX2 (22). The fluid performance and the unbeatable price that Nike offers its customers worldwide is so remarkable that I don't see this line of shoes ever disappearing in the near future. If I had my say, this shoe would still be around for my grandkids or maybe theirs!
